I believe Zambia cannot move forward without cleaning up the foundation of governance. My priority is to build a government that works for all, not just a privileged few.
-
Anti-Corruption, Merit-Based Leadership, and Institutional Reform
I will fight corruption at every level and restore credibility to public office. Leadership appointments under my watch will be based on merit, competence, and integrity—not political loyalty or patronage. I will strengthen our institutions so that they serve citizens independently and fairly.
-
Ending Nepotism, Cronyism, and Tribalism
Zambia belongs to every citizen, regardless of tribe, region, or connection. I will dismantle the culture of “jobs for friends and family” and end tribal politics that have divided us for too long. Under my leadership, opportunity will be opened to all Zambians on equal terms.
-
Promoting Servant-Leadership and Empathy as the New Political Culture
I believe leaders must serve the people, not themselves. I will promote a culture of empathy in leadership—leaders who understand the struggles of ordinary citizens and work tirelessly to uplift them. Servant-leadership will be the standard by which my government is judged.
